Holiday Suspense or an Article presented in Pieces

I didn’t want any teachers to lack stimulation over the holiday.  To stave that off, I’m publishing an article on a first day lesson plan I’ve used at several schools to start a 5 or 10 day workshop.  More will follow.  Some will be first day, some not.  All of them have in common taking each class outside to observe quietly what they see and hear and then use that natural input to create a poem.  Each little piece of the article will use a different model poem.  Since boredom is a real threat for me each lesson has a different twist to it.  (I must keep myself entertained.)

Realizing that Christmas is a real threat to functioning, I will let you know when I get around to posting the next segment.  Enjoy the fun of the season,   Jan
